Our warehouse is located in our Richmond Hill location. No customer-owned goods are stored offsite. The area is climate-controlled, and has off site alarm monitoring for intrusion and fire. We have video monitoring in the packing area as one of the security requirements for one of our clients, for our authorization to ship directly into airport warehouses.
Clients visiting our facility are always escorted by management, and promotional signage is never left out to be viewed by other clients.
All pick and pack functions are undertaken only by employees that are part of the packing team familiar with client items and shipping procedures. Inventory reports are available anytime to your authorized personnel.
We can customize an Online Ordering System to help streamline replenishment and fulfillment of your stocked items. Each promotional period/ stocked item would be updated in a user-friendly manor, to allow authorized store personnel to login and directly order additional/ replacement materials.
Monthly reporting and inventory inquiries are directly accessed by Head Office or a representative of your choosing. This makes real-time cost-tracking and stock updating accurate and efficient while leaving the management to us.
